No, you don't! We work with all types of projects. As long as you have a clear vision of what you want, we can work with you

Does website services require any other subscriptions?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All website services require a monthly or yearly subscription through the website's particular platform. That is the client's responsibility, a subscription must be active before we begin working on your project as well as a purchased domain.

What files do I get with my logo?

Clients are given transparent, colored png and pdf files. Other files might be available upon request. Please check in to make sure

If I pay for a flyer kit, Can I send in the information for each flyer at different times ?

No, please send in all information at once so we can work on it promptly. If you are not sure about the info for each of the flyers, then please purchase a single flyer instead. Failure to send in all information will result in an abandonment fee

Design Process/Client Responsibility

Clients must provide all images for their designs in the highest possible quality to ensure the best results. Preliminary designs or concepts shown before full payment are not to be shared with any third parties. Any design used and not paid for retains the right to take legal action.

Communication

Projects will be considered abandoned if there is no communication from the client for 7 consecutive days for basic projects and 9 days for package projects. An original $18 fee will be applied after 7-9 days and will be automatically cancelled after a month.

I cannot and choose not to copy other designers work. Inspiration can be sent however keep in mind that I will still use my own intellectual property
